I don't care how many people don't have immediate access to a TV, you can't call it BREAKING NEWS when you've been reporting it for the last 3 hours. Get a grip.
I might look into the trade descriptions ask and challenge the BBC to justify this. They'll try the old not everyone has seen the news yet, but that's mostly people who live in caves, and don't have the Internet or even a mobile phone.
